Less Content. More Learning.
Too often, training is just a box to check — an exercise in proving we've completed it. I take a different approach: treat learning as a space to experiment, reflect, and actually grow. When we spend more time improving skills (and less time showing off what we know), the results take care of themselves.
My approach to instructional design is about doing less, but doing it better. If your organization is looking for training that actually changes behavior (instead of putting everyone to sleep), let's talk. I'll help you cut the clutter and craft learning experiences where your people learn by doing. No fluff. If it doesn't help them do their jobs better, it doesn't go in the training
I'm also building a community of instructional designers who share this 'less is more' mindset. It's a space to swap ideas and tools, and to help each other design only what truly matters. If you're an instructional designer tired of content dumps and craving more impact, you're not alone — and you're welcome here. Let's learn from each other and keep improving our craft together.
